Nice accommodation in the nice location.

The accommodation was comfortable and clean, all facilities (stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle,...) in good working order, excellent location, good private parking near by, good WiFi, the hosts are nice and caring.

I think the communication from the hosts with the access details and parking arrangements could've come just a bit earlier, not a day and a half before my travel.

Very good!

The apartment was very clean, big, near the center. Julie and Marten were very polite and kind. They upgraded our bedroom with no extra charges because the sofa was small for an adult, and they offered us an extra room!!! 4 min on foot from the train station. Very nice balcony.

The mattresses of 2 of the beds were not very comfortable... The third was fabulous. 2nd floor with no elevator. Although they were kind and helped us with our luggage.

Cosy central apartment

Comfy, cosy and well presented. Lovely balcony that gets the afternoon sun. Very central location so I could pop in and out. Had everything you would need. Attentive host. Had a lovely stay!

A cosy little escape away perfect for a short stay

Very clean, easy to find, it had everything I needed. Comfortable bed, great air con and great heating. Large bathtub and the TV can swivel so you can watch while soaking in the tub 😁 it’s on the top floor so has a nice view of the church. Has its own terrace. A very great find and value for money.

Lovely Place To Stay.

First off apologies for the lateness of this. The studio was fantastic. Everything was nice and clean and very cool as the weather was very hot and too walk into a cool studio was amazing. There was plenty of facilities with different types of tea and coffee available. We even had a balcony where we could sit and have a drink however it was a sun trap but that was ok. Basically everything you have in your own home was available to use. It was great value for money. It was only a 5 minute walk if that to the centre of town which was great to have. The owners created a Whatsapp group between us to keep us in the loop of when we would arrive and other stuff. Awesome place to stay.

It pains me to say this but the only problem we had was the shower that was in the main room where you slept. Wasn't much privacy in that area. We had to put on towel on the floor as it was quite slippy when you stepped out of the shower. It wasn't a big issue but some may not like that. Overall don't let that put you off though.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful city.

Great location in the center of the city, easy accessibility both on foot and by car, impeccable cleanliness, fresh linens and towels, wonderful terrace and spacious rooms. All the facilities and utilities in perfect order. Very friendly owners/managers who were not there to greet us, but constantly kept in touch with us through phone and never gave the impression of being out of reach. I would definitely be back.

I booked the place in a rush and apparently didn't notice that the shower is "IN" the bedroom and it's separated from the room by a rather see-through curtain. It was not much of an issue after all, but it should be noted.

It’s the perfect hideaway for anyone staying in lovely Kortrijk.☺️

The upper attic apartment was very cosy and you felt a world away from everything else. It was clean, fresh, and perfect for my short stay.

Nothing really aside from a more comfortable sofa taking the fact I am well over 6ft. Also where was the cutlery draw?😊 [note - the (recently?) laid external tiles can be a bit loose and potentially slippery if wet; but please don’t let that put you off!]

Amazing communication with the host, very fast, detailed and friendly! The apartment was very clean and comfortable, the free tee delicious, so the coffee! Extra balcony, spacious shower and comfortable bed. We had a great stay!

The toilet room without a sink can be challenging for female guests at times.

Excellent Studio with Huge Roof Terrace.

Excellent rooftop studio with huge terrace. Very modern, clean and comfortable with great bed, kitchen and toilet. Located right in the centre of town, great for restaurants and pubs, with bus stop within 100m. Hosts were were helpful.

The shower in the bath is high quality with lots of hot water, but not being able to stand up is less than ideal.

Perfect place in the centre of town

Design, comfort, facilities, clean - a beautiful studio in a beautiful old town house in the centre of Kortrijk. This was my second stay at Homey and will be my home from home whenever I visit Kortrijk. The location is super handy, 5 minute walk from station, main square, swimming pool and fitness centre and the River Leie at the bottom of the street is great for walking or cycling along it Julie is a great host, gave us lots of tips on where to eat and drink in town. Just perfect!

Perfect getaway for a Flandrian experience

Everything! The pictures are a very real reflection of what you get. Very clean, comfortable with all the mod cons you need for a very pleasant stay. The purpose of the trip was as a base for watching the Tour of Flanders cycling weekend and it’s really convenient, backed up by an amazing patchwork of connected cycling paths. Did I say they were in fantastic condition and it’s truly inspiring that sustainable transportation can work. Back to the review. Kortrijk is a lovely stop with a lot of charm, beautiful buildings and a relaxed atmosphere. It’s a shame I didn’t get to delve into it on this trip as the main focus was cycling , but it’s whetted the appetite to explore the region and particularly the history that has shaped this region. In terms of staples…There’s a fantastic array of food stops, pubs and cafes to suit all manner of cuisines. The owners were really helpful and in the run up to and during our stay were communicative, welcoming and supportive for any needs. What else; There’s parking within 50 yards and it’s safe. All in all, a lovely small B&B and the name is befitting of how you feel. Already planning to come back this time with my partner.
