Brak odkurzacza i prośba o sprzątnięcie piasku z podłogi. Przy braku odkurzacza i powierzchni do sprzątnięcia to bardzo wymagająca prośba ;)

great location, very close to train station but also perfect distance from the centre of Barletta, very tidy, well-presented, nice balconies, good kitchen facilities, clean bathrooms, air conditioning worked very well. Massimo was a very helpful and communicative host, and I knew i could ask him anything i needed to.
The only thing i would say is that the water pressure could have been better in the showers. When 2 people use both showers in the bathrooms at the same time the water pressure is low. However, this was okay with some coordination with my friends.

Tesisin konumu cok güzel. Tren istasyonuna cok yakın. Zaten ev sehir merkezinde. Yatak sayisi fazla. Kalabalik gruplar icin yatacak yer konusunda sorun yok. Ev sahibi ilgili ve sorun oldugunda hemen yardimci oluyor.
Ev yeterince temiz görünmüyordu. Banyo yaparken su bazen ısınmadı ve az akıyordu. Evde elektrikli süpürge olmamasi uzun sureli konaklamada evin cok kirlenmesine yol açtı. Ust kattaki 2 oda birbirinin icinden geçmeli oldugu için rahat etmek pek mumkun olmuyor. Alt kattaki ranzali oda aşırı küçük.
