The homes were clean, well sized and we're very comfortable. There is garaged parking on site and a supermarket across the street. The house is only a short walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the old town.
The walk to the old town is difficult during the day due to the heat and the path being in direct sunlight.

New, clean apartment with free parking in front of the building and supermarket 30 m away, nice small "terrace" , microwave oven, washing machine.
A day after I have booked the apartment, Francesco sent me an email, requesting 1/3 of the total in advance (for 1 night of 3). Weird and unexpected. But I made the transfer to the stated bank account. (I paut the rest upon arrival).
Apartment is rather small for 4 people (2 adults, 2 teenagers): the room with bunkbed is like a closet, so they made an internal "window" in the wall, "opening" towards the kitchen area.
There is onla one real window, which makes the apartment rather dark even during a sunny day. Moreover, you can't open it without first removing the microwave oven situated before/below it.
Very scarce kitchenware - just the real basics. No dishwasher.
Wifi very unreliable, connection goes on and off several times in an evening or morning and sometimes it's simply impossible to reconnect.

Situation and environnent
Not as clean as expected.
We noticed a problem with the plughole in the bathroom sink, which was closed and blocked.
Francesco warned about it, unlocked it, but not totally solved. A plumber was supposed to come and definitely fix the issue…we’re still waiting for him. We managed the problem by ourselves, by buying a special product to unblock the sink (not cleaned since many time, apparently).
