Schönes Penthouse-Appartement (Nr. 4) mit sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche. Grosser, sauberer Pool. Besitzer und Personal sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schöne Sicht von der Terrasse aus auf das Meer und in die Umgebung mit den Olivenhainen. Sehr schöne und vielseitige Bepflanzung. Ganze Anlage, inkl. Appartement, sehr gut gepflegt und sauber. Ruhige Lage. Eigener, gedeckter Parkplatz. Die vor dem Appartementeingang (Nr. 4) vorhandene Terrasse ist gross und es ist ein Tisch mit 4 Stühlen vorhanden.
Zu beachten: Die Terrasse wird auch als Zugang zum danebenliegenden Appartement Nr. 3 benutzt. Bei rücksichtsvollen Nachbarn ist es absolut kein Problem. Je nach «Nachbarn» ist die Privatsphäre beeinträchtigt. Bespiele: Um eine Abkürzung zu nehmen, ging ein Nachbar in halber Armlänge direkt bei unserem Tisch vorbei. Ein anderer Nachbar stellte seinen Tisch direkt an das Geländer und versperrte somit die Sicht auf das Meer. Es war zudem unangenehm, zusehen zu müssen, was sie assen und tranken (siehe Foto). Wer grossen Wert auf Privatsphäre legt, wird wahrscheinlich im Appartement 1 oder 4 nicht glücklich werden (bei rücksichtsvollen Nachbarn ist es kein Problem).
Je nach Bewohner des danebenliegenden Appartements Nr. 3, ist die Privatsphäre beeinträchtigt.

Proprietario gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Complesso con tanti spazi a disposizione per tante attività. Nonostante credo fosse piena non c'era mai tanta gente né in piscina né altrove, lettini sempre disponibili e adeguatamente distanziati. Terrazzino privato molto molto spazioso e comodo.
Non sempre gli altri ospiti sono stati rispettosi della tranquillità del posto ma nulla di grave.
La piscina è molto bassa, il che potrebbe anche essere un vantaggio per chi ha bambini e vuole stare tranquillo. Seconda camera un po' angusta.
