1. Posizione PERFETTA! Era proprio ciòche cercavo. L'appartamento è in una via silenziosa che assicura il riposo notturno, con posteggio libero sulla strada, e nel contempo a pochi metri dalla via principale: neanche 5 minuti a piedi e si raggiunge il centro storico di Peschici. Non ho mai dovuto prendere l'auto la sera.. 2. L'appartamento è dotato davvero di tutto, compresa la lavatrice, e l'ho trovato molto pulito. 3. Proprietaria accogliente e disponibile.
Dovendo per forza trovare un difetto, direi che il monolocale, per la sua specifica conformazione, forse non garantisce un'areazione ottimale.

Liegt etwas außerhalb des touristischen Stadtzentrums, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Trotzdem ist der Strand und das Zentrum in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Es war sehr sauber und hatte an Ausstattung alles, was man brauchen kann. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir waren in dem kleineren Appartement (2 Personen) untergebracht. Dieses ist doch deutlich kleiner (ein Raum) als auf den Bildern. Leider ist das Durchlüften nicht möglich, da es nur ein Fenster und die Haustür gibt, die Klimaanlage funktioniert aber einwandfrei, deswegen ist dies verkraftbar.

Interior is in very good order with a well equipped kitchen. Requests were responded to quickly.
We had one day's notice that the building had scaffolding on it but not that it was a work site 7am-3pm. The advertised 'balcony with city views' was a paved area below street level.
