About this house rental
The apartment is located in the historical center of Peschici (Gargano) Puglia and has completely be designed by the owner that is an architect.
It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom, the master bedroom is on the high floor and has tones of natural lights with a wonderful view of the beach and Tremiti Islands, the second bedroom is underground and has a double bed and 2 single bunk beds.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher too. The living room is large and bright, has a large sofa (that can be used as bed as well) two armchairs and a nice fireplace. The living room has access to the romantic terrace where you can enjoy dinner with the most amazing view of the beach and sunset. From upstairs you also have access to a second bigger terrace with beach view. You can easily reach the beach by walking on old town steps (if you like the walk, it takes 10-15 minutes) otherwise you can use the local bus (during summer) that takes you to the beach in few minutes or by using your car. As the house is located in the historical center, cars are not allowed, however is usually easy to find a free parking spot outside the center and walk (you can walk everywhere from house as it is located in the very heart of the pedestrian town).
The historical center is really romantic and nice to visit with traditional white houses, steps and colorful flowers. You can visit churches and the local presepe, the medieval castle of the year 1000, restaurants, shops, bars, the city center, offices, pharmacy, post office (everything at walking distance in the pedestrian historical center).
A 5-minute walk to the staircase to the sea for the Navy and the Port boarding Tremiti and Turn of the Caves of the Gargano.

We had a nice two night visit - the hotel is very well situated, clean, and comfortable. The TV is only in Italian but you are in Italy!

The balcony is amazing! Great view of the water, beach and town. Restaurants and shops are close by. It was kind of tricky to find as it is located in the "centro" without car access, but parking was available on the street below. The dining area is sunken and I think it could be dangerous for small children who don't pay attention to where they're going. As someone who enjoys cooking on holidays, I found the kitchen small and it took some organization to cook everything on the 2 burner induction stove. Bed in the mezzanine with views of the water was very comfortable.
