Emplacement : belle vue sur la campagne et en même temps à 5mn à pied d'une très belle plage de sable fin. On peut aussi facilement monter au centre-ville de Peschici par des escaliers tout proches.

Ottima posizione: a 5 minuti a piedi dal mare e 10 minuti dal centro del paese. Proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile, locale pulito. Ottima disponibilità del posto auto nel cortile privato della casa, riparato dalla grandine.
