PROPERTY UPDATE — OCTOBER 20, 2026
Emerald Isle is completing hurricane-related repairs. The pools, pool deck and beach access boardwalk are currently closed, with reopening dates to be announced by the HOA.
Designated pedestrian walkways are in place while upper-roof repairs are coordinated. Please follow marked paths and respect all barricades. An accessible route is available on the east side of the parking lot.
Construction activity and occasional access to units by authorized personnel may be necessary during repairs. Unavailable rental dates have been blocked on our calendar, and we will update this notice as the HOA provides new information. Amenity closures may continue after rentals resume. Please reach out for the latest update for your travel dates.

Welcome to Emerald Isle 907, a comfortable and well-maintained 2-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo in the heart of Pensacola Beach.
Located on the 9th floor, the condo offers beautiful Gulf views from the private balcony and primary bedroom, along with one of the best locations on the island.
Guests love Emerald Isle for its Gulf-front setting and the ability to walk to so much of Pensacola Beach. Park the car, settle in and enjoy a little island time.

The community’s amenities include two beachfront swimming pools, including one heated seasonally, a beach access boardwalk, fitness room and dry sauna.

WALK TO THE BEST OF PENSACOLA BEACH
The location is one of the things our guests love most about Emerald Isle.
Native Cafe is right across the street and is a local favorite for breakfast.
Paradise Bar & Grill is also within walking distance and is a fun spot to grab a drink, enjoy live music and relax along the sound.
You can also wander over toward the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk shopping and dining area, Casino Beach, the fishing pier, restaurants, beach bars and shops.
If you want to explore the sound side, Sneaky Tiki is tucked behind the RV resort and is another fun Pensacola Beach stop.
Many guests park their car when they arrive and barely need it again. Check with individual businesses for current hours as the island recovers.
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS
Like most Gulf-front condominium communities, Emerald Isle schedules maintenance and improvement projects throughout the year, often during the quieter fall and winter months.
Hurricane recovery work is currently underway. Construction noise and activity may occur, and schedules can change as work progresses. We will keep the property update above current with information provided by the HOA.
TRAVEL INSURANCE RECOMMENDED
Pensacola Beach is a barrier island on the Gulf of Mexico, and weather can occasionally affect travel plans, particularly during hurricane season from June through November.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking.
Travel insurance may help protect your trip investment against covered events such as illness, flight delays, weather disruptions or other unexpected travel interruptions. Coverage varies, so please review the policy carefully, including exclusions for known events.

From start to finish, Mary was excellent to work with. Extremely proactive in communications and responsive to all inquiries and questions. The condo is well stocked with miscellaneous items that you use during your trips. If you book, be sure to ask Mary what is there and available that you do not have to pack up and bring or grab at the grocery store on the way in.

We had a wonderful vacation. The condo was stocked with everything from paper and cleaning products to beach towels, beach chairs and toys. The kitchen not only had pots, pans and dishes but also had cooking needs such as coffee, sugar, flour, seasonings, foil etc. The beds and living room furniture were comfortable. All of these extras made a huge difference. Thanks for beautiful, well stocked condo.

This condo was clean with amazing views. The condo was stocked with essentials, as well as beach towels and beach toys. The condo itself was quiet. Shops and restaurants were a within walking distance.
