The property was beautiful, very clean and in a great location!
One pool was closed due to construction which was not disclosed at the time of booking. The sound of a jackhammer all day takes away the relaxation that should have been able to take place during our stay. The construction was right outside of our balcony. When sitting out trying to enjoy the outdoors, you couldn’t even carry a conversation without yelling over the noise.

Location was great.
Everything seemed difficult from parking pass to not knowing codes to get it. Parking pass violation sticker was plastered to the glass on car and its still not all off.

The room was lovely, spacious, well equipped, and clean. There was one minor issue with the dryer and it was addressed promptly!
The level of security was over the top. Armed guard was unsettling to see and he was not very friendly. Had to use a long code to get in the gate, front entrance, stair entrance, pool entrance and exit, and beach walk entrance and exit. Too excessive and cumbersome.
