View from balcony and large windows overlooking the beach were wonderful. The communication with the property management company was outstanding. The reason for a 4 rating instead of a 5 is that the unit needs a facelift/refresh.

The over all weekend was great! Communication with Southern Vacation staff via text was great.
A few things that are negative
Late check in and early check out, I feel it should be the same. A 4pm check out and a 9 am check out is not conducive to a nice weekend, especially if the guest is required to load the dishwasher, empty trash, ext

The location was excellent! The unit is in bad need of updating. The number of codes needed is a joke and they did not always work. It was not just us having difficulty either.
