Gulf-front 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo with stunning views, located at Emerald Isle on Pensacola Beach. This beautiful unit features numerous upgrades including quartz kitchen countertops and stainless steel appliances. Flat-screen TVs are located in each bedroom, with a 50-inch TV in the living room.
Emerald Isle is just a few blocks from the center of Pensacola Beach, where you’ll find a variety of restaurants, shops, and bars. This luxury high-rise condominium offers excellent amenities including, two community pools (one heated during the off-season), a community hot tub. Fitness room and sauna currently closed due to repairs.
Enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar-white sands of Pensacola Beach from your private balcony. Some beach gear is provided and can be found in the storage cage on the first floor.

Master Bedroom: 1 King
Second Bedroom: 1 Queen
Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa
We offer a 3 to 4-night minimum stay, except from June 5th, 2027 through August 14, 2027, when a 7-night minimum stay is required with Saturday-to-Saturday bookings only. Some exceptions can be made based on availability.
Special monthly rates are available from January through March 1.
Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 120 days before arrival will forfeit all payments.
Minimum rental age is 25. Renter must occupy the property for the full term of their stay. This unit is not pet-friendly. Reservation holder and credit card holder must be the same person. For security purposes, payments cannot be accepted from anyone other than the reservation holder. A maximum of two cars is allowed per unit.

Condo was nice & fine, but not going back to Pensacola. I have been going to the Destin Fort Walton area since 1972 and it’s just better. This is the second year we’ve tried Pensacola and neither year was the ocean very good, I felt like I was going to the lake because the water was so murky both years we’ve been. I would recommend this property to a friend, but I wouldn’t recommend going to Pensacola.

Beautiful condo! Lovely kitchen, comfortable inside furniture and beds. Very clean! My only complaint is the balcony furniture is not comfortable. I like to start and end the day on the balcony.

Beautiful beach view! Place was clean but master bath tub jets need a thorough cleaning due to mold. Shower curtains in both bathroom also have mildew/mold and need replacing. The rest of the rental appeared clean with no bugs! Beds were comfortable!Entire property is being renovated so be understanding. Three out of four pools were open as well as the hot tub. One pool was being renovated. I would rent it again. Office personnel and staff were friendly.
