CANCELLATIONS POLICIES
Holiday reservations are non-refundable: Blue Angels Week(7/12/26-7/19/26), 4th of July, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Thanksgiving, and Memorial Day. Bad weather is Non-refundable.
Hurricane Policy: REFUNDS GIVEN when a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued.
TRAVEL INSURANCE is optional, but we strongly recommend it. In case of any unforeseen events, this insurance helps protect your vacation investment.
Please note the following requirements to complete your reservation:
Government-issued photo identification is required at check-in.
Guests must review and sign the single-page Rental Agreement at check-in. This document outlines the house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, and helps ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for both parties.
Minimum age to book is 25 years old.
Check-in time: Typically Between 3:00 and 5:00pm.
Check-out time: 10:00am. These times are strictly enforced to allow for preparation of our next arrival. All guests and belongings must be out of the unit as housekeeping arrives promptly to prepare for the next guests. Late departures must be authorized by ECG and are not permitted in the summer months.
Property is self-catering. Only starter supplies provided.
Your cell phone number should be made available at the time of booking.
Donna, the property manager, will be available day and evening, throughout your stay, for any questions, needs, or recommendations. You will be able to contact her directly.

Any unauthorized pet on the property is in clear violation and there will be, without exception, a $200 charge.

The property was exactly as described and pictured. Getting to the beach was a very convenient short walk. The host was very courteous and helpful. Check-in was easy and simple. The condo was clean, well-kept and provided beach supplies and even a table high chair which I used daily. We were disappointed there was construction going on but understand that’s part of it. The largest pool was closed down for construction. Again, disappointing but just part of it. Would definitely stay again in later summer as it was a little cool on our trip.

Very comfy and cozy stay! We loved the view the property offered and the easy access to the beach. The rooms were spacious and well thought out. We were even rained in and did not mind because the home was so warm, inviting, and great for playing games! Excellent family vacation with the babies and we hope to be back one day!

Donna was the property manager and she was AMAZING! She is so communicative and helpful. The location and unit are perfect, we would definitely stay again.

The condo was lovely BUT the pool pump is directly behind the condo and was so loud at times we could not sit on the balcony. The pot smoking on the surrounding condos also makes it impossible to sit outside, so you probably just need to sit on the lovely beach. If you need 3 bedrroms and we did with adult children - one bedroom has only one window that opens onto the hall where people walk, so the blinds stay closed and the room feels like it has no windows. The manager was wonderful and resposive.
