Emerald Isle HOA allows a maximum of 1 guaranteed guest parking spot per unit. A second vehicle may be accommodated only if additional spaces are available, but this is not guaranteed. During special events, parking is limited to 1 vehicle only. Please contact us for more information regarding parking rules and availability.


CANCELLATIONS POLICIES

Holiday reservations are non-refundable: Blue Angels Week(7/12/26-7/19/26), 4th of July, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Thanksgiving, and Memorial Day. Bad weather is Non-refundable.
Hurricane Policy: REFUNDS GIVEN when a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued.

TRAVEL INSURANCE is optional, but we strongly recommend it. In case of any unforeseen events, this insurance helps protect your vacation investment.

Please note the following requirements to complete your reservation:
Government-issued photo identification is required at check-in.
Guests must review and sign the single-page Rental Agreement at check-in. This document outlines the house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, and helps ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for both parties.
Minimum age to book is 25 years old.

Check-in time: Typically Between 3:00 and 5:00pm.
Check-out time: 10:00am. These times are strictly enforced to allow for preparation of our next arrival. All guests and belongings must be out of the unit as housekeeping arrives promptly to prepare for the next guests. Late departures must be authorized by ECG and are not permitted in the summer months.
Property is self-catering. Only starter supplies provided.

Your cell phone number should be made available at the time of booking.
All check-in information will be texted with the number provided on the day of arrival.

Donna, the property manager, will be available day and evening, throughout your stay, for any questions, needs, or recommendations. You will be able to contact her directly.

Any unauthorized pet on the property is in clear violation and there will be, without exception, a $200 charge.

A $150 fee may be charged for ionization, if smoking in the property is detected.

Wonderful communication before, during, and after our stay. We've stayed in 2 BR units in this building, but this 3 BR unit was wonderful and much more spacious. Great amenities and location. First floor, right near one set of stairs which was a bonus since one elevator was out of commission for upgrades. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was lovely BUT the pool pump is directly behind the condo and was so loud at times we could not sit on the balcony. The pot smoking on the surrounding condos also makes it impossible to sit outside, so you probably just need to sit on the lovely beach. If you need 3 bedrroms and we did with adult children - one bedroom has only one window that opens onto the hall where people walk, so the blinds stay closed and the room feels like it has no windows. The manager was wonderful and resposive.
