In the middle of the Alsatian vineyard, and located two minutes walk from the main access to the old town of Riquewihr, Villa Maeva takes place in a bourgeois house dating from 1850 and equipped with two four-star accommodations designed to offer a very good level of comfort. Here, everything is done so that privileged guests only have to let themselves be carried away, high quality king size beds, spacious and independent accommodation, private car parks with charging station for electric vehicles, sauna, fitness room, outdoor terraces . Villa Maeva is an ideal place for a stay to discover wine, gastronomy and the regional natural and cultural heritage.
The Large DeLuxe Apartment
Nestled on the ground floor of the Villa Maeva, this apartment develops 130m² and displays all the charm of the opulent housing of bourgeois houses from the beginning of the 20th century. Large volumes and high ceilings, beautiful light in all rooms, the accommodation meets many criteria for spending a moment of relaxation !
The entrance leads to a corridor allowing successive access to a guest toilet, a large bathroom with bath and shower (with washing machine and dryer), then three bedrooms including a master suite with its own bathroom and its private WC. In continuity, the large kitchen equipped with modern devices (oven, hotplates, fridge, dishwasher, coffee makers) stands out as the centerpiece with a dining area, and a "Kachelofen", traditional wood stove which formerly marked the only heating of the house. The neighboring living room of 20m2 brings the well-deserved break in front of the TV.
The apartment has retained all the character of the old with its doors and its solid parquet flooring, its renovation in 2018 has brought it the essential comfort for a four-star range accommodation ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce superbe appartement. Tout d'abord, sa situation est idéale, à deux pas du centre de Riquewihr. Ensuite, l'appartement est tout simplement magnifique: grandes pièces décorées avec goût, literies de qualité, équipements de qualité, jolie terrasse avec barbecue et salon de jardin, parking sécurisé. Tout a été pensé pour passer un agréable séjour. Merci au propriétaire très sympathique.

Perfectly situated for walking into Riquiwihr and exploring nearby towns, the property was comfortable and clean. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed! Highly recommended!
