The House :
It has an entrance, two rooms of life with living room / stay, of 2 kitchens, a bathroom with toilet, a room of water with toilet and 5 rooms (one of between she with private bathroom and toilet).
1st floor (Workshop 1st floor):
The living / dining room has wooden floor and the paint coating the walls.
Included in this room: a sofa bed (for 2 people), two coffee tables, a TV table, a flat screen TV with DVD player, a dresser, a table and 10 chairs.
The kitchen, meanwhile, is fully equipped (oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes and utensils, etc.). You will also find a table, 2 chairs and 2 stools.
The first bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe and two bedside tables with lamps.
The 2nd bedroom has a double bed (160x200), 2 bedside tables with lamps and a wardrobe.
The bathroom includes a cabinet with sink and storage, a mirror, a towel dryer, a hair dryer, a shower and a toilet.
2nd floor (Workshop 2nd floor):
The living / dining room has vinyl imitation parquet floor coating and painting the walls.
You will find in this room: a sofa bed (for 2 people), a coffee table, a TV stand, a flat screen TV with integrated DVD player, a stereo, a table and 8 chairs.
The kitchen, meanwhile, is fully equipped (oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes and utensils, etc.).

Had a really good week with extended family. Lots of space for us all in a lovely house, brilliantly positioned at the top of Kaysersberg. The free parking permit was a welcome bonus.

The house was in excellent condition and worked very well for our family of six adults and five children. It is located close to parking and also right in the village which made it very easy to wander around and visit this beautiful village. The only additional thing it could use would be a few comfortable chairs, but there are plenty of regular chairs to seat everyone at the long tables.

Amazing location and town - central to Alsace and Lorraine and easy to get to and from. Extremely easy and close parking - on Mondays the market is just outside. Autobahn is easy to get to and from as is Colmar and many small delightful town such as Ribeaville and Riquewihr off of the A4 and A18. Also Kaysersberg is a joy to wander through at night and in the evenings - do not pass this opportunity up. Be prepared before you arrive, bring groceries with you or look up the closest grocery store before you arrive - stores close by 6-7 pm but doesn't get dark in the summers until 10:00 pm. Also be aware that there are many stairs in this place in case your suitcases are heavy or in case you have small children or are elderly.
