Nice stay in the forest

Location fully emerged in the trees. And from the chalet you can go for a nice walk in the forest. We had the dogs with us, so was nice to go for a walk. The jacuzzi was very nice. Staff is responsive, both over Booking platform as well as whatsapp.

The chalets are quite close to each other, so there is not a super feeling of privacy. I found the price steep tbh. We enjoyed our stay, though. My main criticism would be around that we had different communications on expectations on us as guests. When we arrive there is a map with quite 'hard' requirements - no animals allowed (yet we pre-agreed that our dogs could come and almost everyone else had dogs); smoking not allowed on the property (yet there is an ashtray provided in the chalet; what we have to do for cleaning, which is quite a list (yet we paid 50 EUR for cleaning services); we have to bring out the trash, including the glass to the village (even with the exact address, there is no glass container there, so my partner had to ask someone where to go) (yet I would expect this to be done for us or have a glass container on the property and that the domaine would take care of this for us. In any case I think it would be good that they revisit this booklet and align with the real expectation towards the guests and to have it more 'friendly'. Also I had to chase to have my swikly deposit (of 1000 EUR) released after a week. During our stay the wifi was mostly not working, they said it was an issue with Orange that could take weeks to fix. As mobile internet did not work, was tricky for us to plan our days from our chalet, we had to do this in the village instead.

Casa di montagna su 3 livelli, molto accogliente con decorazioni natalizie. Spaziosa per 12 persone e dispone di tutto ciò di cui si necessita. Comodi i letti. La stanza più bella è la stanza giochi al piano terra, con biliardo, karaoke, calcio-balilla e la jacuzzi riscaldata a legna. Ci siamo divertiti un sacco e torneremo di sicuro

Un séjour parfait au calme, dans un cadre incroyable. Tout était parfaitement aménagé, l'essentiel était là et le confort aussi. Merci pour la petite attention à l'arrivée. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et nous reviendrons.

Très beau lodge en montagne mais un peu cher pour ce que c'est

Le Lodge est aussi beau que sur les photos, et le jacuzzi est plutôt agréable. Le fait que l'on soit aux abords d'une foret est vraiment pratique et agréable pour faire des balade/randos. Le logement était propre à notre arrivée, et l'hôte était très réactif et donnait toutes les infos nécessaires.

C'est finalement juste un très beau bungalow. Donc avec ses inconvénients : mal isolé/froid, et on entend très bien les voisins. Le jacuzzi ne fonctionne qu'à moitié, donc bien mais sans plus. Pour le prix (200€/nuit), on ne s'attend pas à avoir juste une petite serviette par personne, et pas assez de PQ pour 4 jours (à deux) de séjour, pas de contenaire à verres sur site, etc... Rien de grave ou de rédhibitoire, mais pour ce prix, habituellement on a mieux niveau prestation.

Fijne en relaxte uitvalsbasis voor activiteiten in de Vogezen

De Jacuzzi was heel fijn, het huisje is mooi en heel fijn dat de bedden al waren opgemaakt. Ruime tuin en mooi uitzicht. 2 badkamers en prima bedden en keuken. De eetkamertafel/bar is voorzien van barkrukken. Alles is gericht op het maximale aantal van 5 personen, echter niet qua zitgelegenheid.

De bank was klein voor max 3 personen en zat niet comfortabel. De wifi werkte ook niet goed.

Très appaisant

La vue imprenable sur la fôret depuis la terrasse et le jacuzzi ainsi que les randonnées à proximitées.

J'avais imaginé les bungalow plus éloignés les uns des autres mais ca n'a pas été trop gênant car nous étions dans le dernier (vis à vis que d'un côté). Pas possible d'approcher le vehicule le temps de décharger (nombreux aller retour parking bungalow)

Le nombre de vaisselles disponible : environ 5 assiettes plates et 5 assiettes creuses et 5 verres de table pour un chalet de 5 personnes . . . C'est un peu juste sur une semaine sachant qu'il y a certes un lave vaisselle et une seule dose de lavage fournie. 1 sac poubelle distribué pour chaque poubelle pour 1 semaine c'est juste. (Sachant que ce sont des bacs de tri de 15-20 litres je dirais) Le drap housse était un peu trop petit avec le surmatelas ajouté sur le lit mis à disposition.
