Located in the heart of the Hautes Vosges in a quiet area, 10 minutes from Gérardmer and its downtown area, and 29 minutes from La Bresse.
With a floor area of 180 m², it can accommodate up to 14 people and one baby.
The fully equipped Sepneilles vacation rental consists of:
A large suspended terrace leading to:
- 1 entryway
- 1 restroom
- 1 dining room
- 1 fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, dishwasher, large-capacity refrigerator with freezer compartment, Krups DOLCE GUSTO Piccolo XS coffee maker, filter coffee maker, fondue set, crepe maker, stone grill, toaster, kettle, blender, and food processor.
- 1 living area with a sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a Bluetooth speaker.
First floor:
- 1 small game room with a sofa bed, foosball table, dartboard, flat-screen TV, Wii, books, and board games.
- 3 bedrooms with one 160 x 200 bed and one 90 x 190 bed
- 1 bedroom with one 160 x 200 bed leading to a small loft with two 90 x 190 beds
- 2 shower rooms, one of which is equipped with a washer and dryer.
- 1 restroom
Outdoor amenities:
- Petanque court
- Volleyball/badminton net
- Outdoor ski storage room
- Spa.
There are many activities available in the surrounding area:
- Hiking, ATV tours, snowshoeing, electric scooters, mountain biking, in-home massage services.
- Relaxation complex with a heated indoor pool, spa, saunas, and massage room just 500 m away—perfect for unwinding!
- Go-kart track with a restaurant just a 1-minute drive away.
We’re equipped to accommodate a baby: travel crib, high chair, baby bathtub…

Christmas and New Year’s week => €2,800 rate no longer available
That’s an exceptional rate of €28 per night per person.
High-season weekly rate -> €2,800 all-inclusive
Weekday nightly rate -> €300 all-inclusive
Security deposit -> €1,000
Self-catering cottage; bath linens and household linens not provided.
Wood pellets, water, and electricity are included in the rental price.
We follow health and safety protocols.
The vacation rental is cleaned and disinfected after each rental.
The hot tub is disinfected and the water is changed after each stay.
