Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und war sehr sauber.

Es gibt sehr viele Treppen, ziemlich steil, man muss gut zu Fuß sein. Die Zimmer verteilt sich auf drei Stockwerke. Der Herd und die Koch Utensilien sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Und durch die Benutzung vieler Menschen nicht mehr sehr schön. Der seitliche Schrank sollte dringend mal aus geputzt werden, denn jeder Bewohner hat da wohl seine Reste liegen lassen. Die oben im Zimmer werden sehr warm, deshalb vielleicht leichtere Bettdecken.

La cosa migliore della struttura è sicuramente la sua posizione, in pieno centro! Comodissima. L’appartamento è esattamente come in foto, molto gradevole, dotato di tutto il necessario in cucina.

Consiglierei di pulire il divano….Spostando i cuscini in cerca del telecomando abbiamo trovato un po di tutto ….! Cambierei anche i cuscini, troppo sottili a mio parere… ! Infine aggiungerei un kit di emergenza (disinfettante, cotone, ecc…).

Excellent location right in the town centre

Absolutely hated the downstairs bedroom with the toilets inside the walking shower. This is not hygienic and the smell of damp is all over the bedroom. The lighting in the shower was very poor and super noisy. The bed is not very comfortable especially because of the pillows. We also disliked the slippery and very noisy staircase. Our dog absolutely refused to use them so we had to carry him downstairs. For the top floor bedrooms you have no toilet or bathroom so you need to use the one near the kitchen. Not very clever layout.
