Nestled against the base of Signal Hill, this stunning, contemporary 2 bed apartment enjoys panoramic city and ocean views.
Located in Sea Point, it is close to a number of restaurants and shops, the Sea Point Promenade and the V&A Waterfront.
The Space:
Experience a relaxing city break with all the comforts of home in a picturesque setting. Situated in a cul-de-sac the apartment offers privacy and peace, while still being close to the hustle and bustle of the city.
The main living and dining area is open plan, and consists of a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area with seating for four and a TV lounge with a large leather couch. Foldaway glass doors open onto a balcony with views of the city and ocean. There is also a patio lounge and outdoor dining for six guests.
Each of the 2 bedrooms boasts a Queen-size bed, outdoor access, plenty of cupboard space and an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom opens onto the balcony, while the second bedroom opens onto a private courtyard.
Those who enjoy hiking will love the Lion’s Head path which begins just opposite the entry of the apartment. It’s a great contour path which offers an excellent viewpoint of the city.

Stunning view, needed a couple of maintenance issues addressed. Overall a great apartment. It is at the top of a very steep hill.

This is essentially a nice property that was tarnished by a lack of attention. The freezer was so badly frosted up on arrival that it could not be used for several hours. There were several light bulbs out and the property did not feel clean. The balcony area was full of weeds in one area and the plants that were there in pots had all been allowed to die from lack of attention. There were only 4 coat hangers between the two bedrooms. The property is also difficult to access due to the location on steep hills.
