Far enough out to be quiet with lovely views but still within walking distance to the sea front/restaurants etc.
Our villa was also at the back of the complex and not overlooked.
Comfy beds. Staff helpful when contacted about wi-fi etc.
The Wi-fi was not brilliant and kept dropping.
Bathrooms were a bit dated - shower curtains etc could be renewed.
Not a real issue but the parking garage had an electric door, as did others, but were not connected so not useable.
Could have a welcome folder with instructions on how to use the safe, correct wi-fi code, info about the area etc.

Trostlose Gartenanlage ohne Pflanzen, nicht nutzbare Sitzgarnitur auf der Terrasse (nasse Polster), zersprungene Fensterscheibe im Wohnzimmer, loser Türgriff im 2. Badezimmer, oberer Korb im Geschirrspüler klemmt, in der Küchenspüle fehlt der Ablaufstöpsel, das schriftlich übermittelte WLan Passwort war falsch.
