Villa was lovely. Have stayed in many villas in Bella Vista feel this particular one could do with being upgraded especially the bathrooms and drying facilities provided. Had an issue with aircon being broken 🫣. We received a nice food basket for the hassle of having workmen in for 5 hours our very first day while it was fixed. Overall we enjoyed our stay 😊

Bathrooms/showers very outdated no power in showers No drying facilities

The property was very clean, bed comfortable, views brilliant, seating options outside, parking garage, friendly cleaning staff, very quiet area. Good location. Fascinating light fittings!

20 steps up to front door (not mentioned in the ad), Showers in the bath, bath tubs very slippery (following an injurious fall we bought a bath mat), no info about recycling and no spare bags for the bin, Sun loungers very old and discoloured and fabric on the double sun bed torn and threadbare, pool cover falling apart at one end with bits breaking off. The pool itself potentially dangerous, no handrail on the steps, no sign or info about the depth of water. At the shallow end it came up to my armpits (I'm 5ft 10) at the deep end it was over my head, so probably 6ft. (1.8m). Nothing to hold on to around the sides. Although the water was clean there were lots of areas where the painted surface was chipped or peeling off. The lounge furnishing was probably chosen for style rather than comfort. Deep settee impossible to sit on without lots of cushions. A matter of personal preference of course.
