Villa Arai is a welcoming and fully equipped accommodation located in an ideal residential area for families in Playa Blanca. This cosy property offers a perfect space for groups of friends, couples and families seeking a peaceful and comfortable holiday.
The villa has two bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. It features one double bed and two single beds, ensuring restful sleep. The two full bathrooms with bathtubs provide comfort and privacy for guests.
The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. It features ceramic hob plates and all the kitchen utensils necessary to prepare delicious meals.
The exterior of the villa is equally impressive. With a plot of 500 square metres, it offers a 300 square metre terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue area. Guests can enjoy a private pool: a standard heated 6x4 metre pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun.
Among the additional amenities are air conditioning in some bedrooms, heat pump heating, WiFi, satellite TV, safe and iron. The villa has a fenced garden, balcony and impressive views of the sea, mountains, pool and garden.
Strategically located, the villa is just 2.5 km from Flamingo Beach and Blanca Beach, with a supermarket nearby at 500 metres. Guacimeta airport is 30 km away. Pets and smoking are not permitted inside.

Far enough out to be quiet with lovely views but still within walking distance to the sea front/restaurants etc. Our villa was also at the back of the complex and not overlooked. Comfy beds. Staff helpful when contacted about wi-fi etc.

Amazing villa. We stayed there 5 nights.. and didn’t want to leave.. peaceful, private and quiet place, you can see stunning sun rise in the mountains. Villa looks exactly like photographs you see, it’s spacious and well designed for holiday home. Mini market just outside gate has all the essentials and it’s open till 10pm. Perfect communication with Host. Highly recommend!

We liked it so much when we stayed for 3 nights last year we had to book a week for this year and wish it could have been longer!!
Immaculate villa with such a lovely pool and is huge for 2 people!!
The air con in the lounge didn't seem to be blowing cold air but it was fine regardless!! The bedroom was lovely and cold at night!!
