Neratzia Rooms

Calm and close to the acropolis, clean and cost. Great breakfast in the bistro managed by the host. Air conditioning essential with the summer heat. Perfect shower and spacious bathroom.

There is no lift but the owner brought us the luggages upstairs and is very kind

Great food and breakfast at the Neratzia bar which is next part of the accommodation. Breakfast opens at 8am and a few times we needed to leave before then so they made us up some granola and yoghurt to keep in our room to eat in the morning. The bar was quiet at night which was good too. The Air Conditioning was very effective. It met our needs as a family of four with the kids having a separate room with single beds. There was easy access to the apartment. The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly and able to help with booking a taxi to the port. Great location with easy walking distance to the Acropolis and Plaka and is well connected by bus and train. There was a great bakery across the road too.

The wifi was non existent, however internet didn't seem to be great in lots of places in Athens when paying for things. We didn't get the full benefit of the breakfast due to its late opening (8am), though they were very accommodating when we asked for it. There are stairs (no lift) to the apartment which might be a problem for some people.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which was perfect for two adults and two teenagers. The accommodation was lovely, very comfortable and well presented with everything we needed. The breakfast was served in the cafe downstairs which was delicious and very substantial - we didn’t need to eat all day afterwards.

No complaints at all!
