We got a basement room, and it was great. Very cosy, and not too hot in the hottest August weather. We had a great time in Athens, the hotel is close to everything, we did all our trips on foot, no need to use public transportation. Acropolis is a few minutes away, you have supermarket, restaurants, cafes literally 3-5 minutes from the hotel. The kitchen is amazing, and very clean. Would come back!

Good location, comfortable mattress, nice balcony
Have only found one pillow per person whereas another would have been preferrable.
The structure was not so clean, there were stains on the placemats and I found hair on the linen.
It would have been appreciated to receive one more bathroom product per person, to have a coffee machine with coffee capsules.

The location and the conditions of the apartment and the kitchen.
The lack of toiletry, even though it said they were included, the unreliability of the WiFi, the fact that despite setting the room to be cleaned it was never cleaned and as a consequence not only were we out of toiletries (from the arrival already) and out of toilet paper. We were happy to have a small kitchen but there was no equipment to clean it/ do the dishes.
