Great location, super clean and comfortable room for a very reasonable price. We had some trouble figuring out how something worked and got an IMMEDIATE and helpful response. Great stay!

Easy to reach the center and Acropole area by foot, enough eating and drinking options around, quiet neighborhood, very good checkin instructions. Nice building. Beds were good. Room size was also good, as expected. A little balcony was accesible to have coffee in the morning.
The bathroom door did not close properly, the shower area a bit old fashioned and the shower head a bit odd to turn on / off, although ok overall, the AC in the room was not very efficient - had to turn it to the max to cool the room and it was rather noisy, especially at night.

The location and the conditions of the apartment and the kitchen.
The lack of toiletry, even though it said they were included, the unreliability of the WiFi, the fact that despite setting the room to be cleaned it was never cleaned and as a consequence not only were we out of toiletries (from the arrival already) and out of toilet paper. We were happy to have a small kitchen but there was no equipment to clean it/ do the dishes.
