Just a place

It is an okay place to stay.

Too small for 2 ppl. Missing basic amenities. Not kettles for hot water. Microwave took 10 min to warm a glass of water. You have to climb a hill from metro to reach the place.

Deluxe triple room great for short stays. Excellent host and communication. Fabulous location!

Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. Argyris the host is just lovely and we had great communication. Excellent location, right near the Acropolis.

It was smaller than I expected. We booked 9 nights and it was too cramped for our needs (elderly mum with a wheelchair), Would be great for short stays.

Great price, convenient location

Very close to public transportation, and to an amazing bakery on the corner. There was a little confusion with my key, there wasn’t one in the key box,but I was able to have someone talk to the property and get it sorted quickly

Good value for money!

Amazing location, around 10 minutes by foot from the city centre. The neighborhood was really clean and safe! Love the self check in system, easy to get into. The property was equipped with a tiny, basic kitchen and it was clean and comfortable.

It was a bit loud, we could hear whenever someone flushed their toilet in the other rooms.

The place stinks and is a very old room on the basemant

Location, bathroom was ok.

The place is different from pictures. It is old and needs upgrade. The worse part is that is no ventilation so it smells very bad. The bed sheets had hair all over it, the conforter was dirty. Be aware this is on the basemant . When I booked wasn't specified on the description that was basement. Very disappointed. I complained once I got there and they said no other units available. I will think twice before using booking.com again

Great stay

We have a great stay here. Location was very good for walking distance to the center. Everything is the same as in the pictures

We felt a bit uncomfortable the curtain in the shower. Also the light of do not disturb or make my room wasn’t working. The door was taking few seconds to lock properly

Nice apartment for a one-night stay

We stayed for one night. The apartment is practical and perfectly situated in a very nice area. You are close to most car rental places, cafes and restaurants.

There is no real ventilation system for the bathroom. We found a solution, but it was not very practical.

Comfy apartment in the conveniente location

The room is very spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all necessities. The property is located in a tranquil neighborhood and in reach to the metro station and main attractions. The staff are friendly and very attentive. Nice stat for the family.

Easy to collect keys, of facilities

The bedrooms are described as "soundproofing" but you can hear everything in the corridor and in other bedrooms. We also stayed in a basement room and the curtains were not good enough to block the light coming in from the window.

The wifi is quite slow maybe because we were underground. Although, the owner is very helpful, he let us leave our bags for an hour as we got late to our check out. Thanks a lot

Good price for a great location! Easy walk to the Acropolis and local sights

The room was very clean and had everything we needed. I loved the hot water pot for tea in the mornings. We had a basement room so it stayed nice and cool. A/C unit worked well. Bathroom and kitchenette were clean.

The wifi was spotty at times, but worked. The shower head was a wand style and sometimes didn’t stay put in the holder.

Excellent location for short stays. Walking distance to the historical center and museums. Still, a very quiet neighborhood. We found the weekly neighborhood market right down the street, which was a nice surprize. The owner/administrator was a kind person who tried to be helpful.

Sound isolation was not very good. We could hear people talking in the next room. Check-in was a bit difficult because we arrived early in the morning and even though the owners tried to accomodate us by allowing us to leave the luggage until the regular check-in time, there was no one in the building to let us in. So we had to spend a few hours outside to wait. Apart from this, the arrangement sfor self check-in (the key box and the instructions) were professional and convenient.

Great location if your looking for non touristy restaurants etc. Clean, comfortable and straightforward instructions for access, good value for money too.

The shower head was broken so only a hand held shower available, nothing major just a bit annoying.

Amazing room and staff! Everything was very clean; bed was very comfy and around the hotel there are several bakeries for breakfast. Anything we asked, the staff really helped us out :)

Water from the shower was not super hot so would suggest to increase the temperature going forward.
