    We loved our stay at the Marble House so we decided to extend a few more days. We chose the private bathroom with a balcony. The space is small but it was perfect for us bc we do not carry much luggage. The owner and his colleagues are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean, beds are comfy and the showers are amazing - lots of hot water and rain shower water head. The location can’t be beat - so much nearby - cafes and restaurants, super markets and the Bread Factory has so many good treats. We walked to all the major sites in under 30 minutes. We would definitely stay here in a heartbeat!

    Perfect location! Close to everything pier, bus stop, train station and supermarket nearby I highly recommend this place ! quick responses from the owner and he was very helpful

    Marble House isn't a fancy hotel - my room was just a simple and basic place to stay, but it was clean, well maintained, safe, and nicely decorated. The hotel is at the end of a dead end street in a central residential neighborhood, so it was quiet. It's not at the center of the tourist attractions, but it isn't too far away. I was very pleased, and I certainly would stay there again.

    The staff wasn’t passionate about their job let’s say, they don’t feel welcoming but they are correct. Reception closes at 7pm until 9am, there is no one in the property. There was no kettle in the room nor any way to get tea or coffee in the reception or elsewhere. The house itself is decorated with taste in a vintage style. The walls were a bit thin and my economic room didn’t have bathroom inside, but it was a shared bathroom. It was a feeling of a house more than a hotel, which I guess the name of Marble House describes, so no complaints about that. It is interesting to be in a residential neighbourhood with local’s living their daily lives. I would have preferred to stay a bit closer to the acropolis but it is pretty close still.
