Kuća za odmor Pri Brozu

We had a great stay at Ivica’s place. The house had everything we could possibly need (including a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils and basic ingredients like salt, pepper, sugar, tea, even cocoa 😄). The owner was really nice and very responsive. He left some drinks for us in the fridge and welcomed us with a really delicious homemade wine liqueor 😊 He also turned the AC on before we arrived which was very appreciated during the heat wave. The backyard has quite a bit of shade under the walnut tree and there are also some other smaller fruit trees growing there. At the time of our stay the plums were ripe and the owner told us we could eat them 😊 the terrace was also really nice for breakfast as there was still cool on that side of the house in the morning. The house is surrounded by vineyards and it’s completely quiet so if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway, this is your stop. If you’re lucky, you’ll get to see deer feeding along the vineyards ☺️

It’s not that we didn’t like but would like to point out that the upstairs bedrooms (two single beds and a double bed) are not made for tall people because of the sloped roof. You might get a few bumps on your head. The pool was a little bit murky at the time of our stay which was a result of the heat wave affecting the pH levels of the water. We still used it though and really enjoyed our time in the backyard among the trees.

Wunderschöne Lage in den Weinbergen. Toller Pool, extrem freundlicher Gastgeber. Der Griller war toll.

Im oberen Stock ist es sehr eng.
