Picturesque panorama, cozy gingerbread-style cottage, garden building with a barbecue area, kind and hospitable host, comfortable, well-maintained, and clean accommodation.
The facilities are quite basic, but that's not a problem at all—anything more luxurious wouldn't really fit the atmosphere. A coffee maker would be a nice addition, though. :)
