Apartments Vila Lena at Aqualuna

Super close to the Aqualuna water park (3min walk), everything was really clean and tidy, beds comfortable, even a kids corner with toys. nice grill area and terrace. The overall space was excellent, lots of storage space and seating options. The communication with the host was very smooth, keys stored in the locker box so no delays or waiting.

The description on the website is a little bit confusing. This is a house with 3 floors, 2nd floor is a big flat with 3 bedrooms and bathroom. 1st floor is a smaller flat with one bedroom, bathroom and kitchen with living room and balcony access. Bottom floor is a living room, kids corner and kitchen with access to the terrace - I assume this belongs to the 2nd floor apartment (and 1st floor tenants don't have access to it) but wasnt obvious form the description. We booked the whole house so it didn't matter but we weren't sure what belongs to what. Also the AC is only in 2 out of 3 bedrooms in the 2nd floor and in the bedroom of the 1st floor apartment. There is no AC at the bottom living area, which is again not obvious from the description.

I liked the balcony and the style of the apartment

It was a long walk to restaurant and shops. It's super if you have a car or cycle

Bili smo štiri družine, s štirimi majhnimi otroki. Za nas je bila Vila Lena več kot odlična. Za nas vrhunska razporeditev prostorov, vsi smo imeli možnost intime in skupni prostor je dovolj velik, da smo se lahko odrasli zabavali in otroci igrali.

Gli spazi della casa sono molto ampi e comodi. Abbiamo viaggiato in 7: 4 adulti e 3 bambini tra i 6 e gli 8 anni. C'è un angolo per bambini, uno spazio relax, la cucina comoda e open space, un tavolo sufficientemente grande. Non sarebbe stato un problema essere anche in 8 o in 9. La zona living si trova al piano terra con accesso diretto all'esterno, mentre le camere si trovano al secondo piano (al primo piano è presente un altro appartamento che viene anch'esso affittato per vacanze). Anche le camere erano spaziose e comode. Presenti due bagni, uno al piano terra e uno in zona notte. Presente macchina per caffè espresso e una moka grande, oltre a tutto quello che serviva in cucina.

Ci sarebbe bisogno di un piccolo rinfresco ad alcune stuccature e maggiore attenzione alle stoviglie lasciate dagli ospiti (ho lavato nuovamente tutto quello che abbiamo usato, perché era diverse cose erano unte e macchiate). Anche alcuni giochi per bambini si potrebbero risistemare o buttare, perché hanno ormai perso diversi pezzi. Sebbene la cucina fosse fornitissima, mancavano un paio di forbici (che noi avevamo e non è stato un problema, ma lo dico per migliorare ulteriormente).
