The Witch of Grič Studio Apartments

The location is excellent but you can't get there by car - it is a 5-10 min walk from the street. The apartments are above a cafe in a busy part of town so it can get noisy but you are in the midst of all the action. The apartments (we stayed in 2) are beautifully renovated and have all the comforts. Host was easy to contact and keys are in a lock box. We had an issue late at night and I messaged the host - they responded immediately with a solution which exceeded our expectations. The apartment on the top floor is quiet and spacious. There is a washer and dryer for clothes in the hall which was excellent.

The apartment on the first floor faces the cafes and is noisy with foot traffic (not too bad but you can hear it). This apartment is quite small but very comfortable and has everything you need. The stairs to the top floor are a bit steep so keep luggage light. No parking and no street access so you have to walk to the nearest street for taxi/uber about 5-10 min.

Great location, it’s in the heart of the main strip with many restaurants.

The shower was terrible. The water pressure losses it pressure whilst showering it was frustrating.

The location is exceptional, the bed was very big and comfy, and the little yard was very nice to sit in. We really enjoyed sitting there in the morning and evening!

The apartment we stayed in needs a little bit of work: some smaller repairs (toilet roll holder, wall), and the shower: water pressure was very low, and the temperature would change during the shower between cold and scorching hot... I don't know what the issue was, but it made showers an adventure, but not the good kind. No coffee maker (the induction field didn't recognize the espresso maker), not really space for clothes etc (the closet is part of the kitchen, but the door doesn't open fully). And ants... Which can happen in old houses, but there were a lot of them.
