Questa si che è una vera camera. Struttura bellissima moderna e con tutti i comfort. La cosa che salta subito agli occhi è la pulizia. Impeccabile. Letto stupendo e super doccia. Si trova nel cuore pulsante di Zagabria. Complimenti e grazie per tutto.

The location is absolutely beautiful. The apartment is situated in a very characteristic area, with lovely traditional houses and plenty of restaurants and places offering different types of cuisine. I personally fell in love with the area and really enjoyed the atmosphere. I also want to mention that the host was very helpful, kind and available throughout our stay. I really appreciated her willingness to help whenever we reported an issue, even though unfortunately the water problem remained unresolved during our stay. A particular positive mention goes to the new ironing board and iron, which we really appreciated and found very useful.

Unfortunately, there were several things that could be improved in the apartment. The main issue was the water. When turning on the shower, the water initially came out with good pressure and was hot, but after approximately 30 seconds the pressure and temperature would decrease significantly. On several occasions, the water also suddenly stopped running altogether, while the hot water sometimes became completely cold. We reported the issue, but unfortunately it continued to occur during our stay. I would also have appreciated clearer information on Booking. The apartment we booked had stairs, which was particularly important for us because our small dog was afraid to go up and down them. This had a significant impact on how we had to manage the dog inside the apartment. At the time of booking, the photos did not appear to correspond to the apartment we stayed in, but rather to another apartment located entirely on one floor. It would therefore be helpful if the listing clearly specified the presence of stairs and showed accurate photos of the exact apartment being booked. There were also some cleanliness issues: the floors had quite a lot of hair, including some long hairs, as well as a few stains. There was some dust on surfaces and cobwebs in some corners. The handheld shower head was not working properly. There is also a ventilation fan installed in the bathroom area, but it was not functioning, and the illuminated mirror did not work either. The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable because it sank considerably in the middle, apparently because there was no mattress inside when used as a sofa bed, making it particularly difficult to get up. The kitchen cabinets do not have handles, which makes them somewhat difficult to open. I would also suggest providing a simple kitchen towel/dishcloth.

Nos encantó la estancia en el apartamento, es el mejor apartamento en el que he estado. Todo muy limpio, se siente como hogar. Muy céntrico y rodeado de bares/restaurantes. No se escucha ruido desde la habitación. Descanso genial

The location is exceptional, the bed was very big and comfy, and the little yard was very nice to sit in. We really enjoyed sitting there in the morning and evening!

The apartment we stayed in needs a little bit of work: some smaller repairs (toilet roll holder, wall), and the shower: water pressure was very low, and the temperature would change during the shower between cold and scorching hot... I don't know what the issue was, but it made showers an adventure, but not the good kind. No coffee maker (the induction field didn't recognize the espresso maker), not really space for clothes etc (the closet is part of the kitchen, but the door doesn't open fully). And ants... Which can happen in old houses, but there were a lot of them.
