Exactly as described. I found the apartment clean, well stocked with supplies, and quiet (earplugs were provided but I could easily sleep without using them). The host was always available, and the self check-in and check-out procedures were handy.
As mentioned in the previous reviews, the boiler is too small, one has to be careful with the length of their hot showers.
