Fantastic location in the heart of Zargreb. Property had a lift, so no stairs. Owner Vice was extremely helpful. We arrived early in the morning, we were able to drop our luggage off at the owners, a few minute's walk away. Then when we went back later to collect the keys and luggage the owner took our suitcase and walked us to the apartment. Vice was very helpful and friendly. Would certainly recommend staying here.
Everything was good, so no dislikes

Vice was awesome. Met us in front of the building which we would have difficulty finding . Spent time with us on what to so in Zagreb. Small and comfortable room perfectly located close to the center of Zagreb. Vice help us get into a great and popular restaurant which was one of our best meals in Croatia.
Nothing. Expect no washcloths, as we learn this is not common in all of Croatia
