The property’s traditional furnishings are complimented by nods to its rural setting. The villa is provided with air conditioning in each bedroom and a very reliable wifi connection provided by the national phone company. Ground Floor: • 100+sqm open-plan common area comprising a sitting room for 8, A grand kitchen with a dining area for 8. Huge floor-to-ceiling windows give access to the patio and to the greenhouse that features another dining table for 8 and more sofas overlooking the pool and the pinewood • From the living area access to. • Double bedroom with view on the patio and from there to the pool, adjacent bathroom (shower). • Guest Bathroom.
First Floor: • 2 Double bedrooms with bathrooms Whilst Villa Limonaia is situated in a bucolic spot, a stay here puts you within a few kilometres of Viareggio Beach. This stretch of sand is ideal for afternoons and evenings beside the sea. For a taste of the jetsetter lifestyle, drive a little further out to Forte dei Marmi. This picturesque village is very close by with and its streets full of luxury shops and finest restaurants.

We had an amazing stay in the Limonaia. Right from the fairytale. So much charm and historical references. Clean, comfortable, beautifully designed with frescos on the walls. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of space for a family of 6: 2 children with parents on the upper floor and grandparents on the first floor. Several seating areas inside and outside. Well equiped kitchen. Very atmospheric. A Garden with a pool, sunroom, seating area outside of a living room are lovely places for the whole family to be togeatherhave some quiet time. And it is just 7 minutes drive to the beach and close to the 200 ga park. Everything is exactly like in the pictures and even better in reality with the historic facts to discover. The children already want to come back.

This was on my bucket list to live in Italy for a month. Just to get to know just what Italy is all about. I had a good time and everyone was friendly. Lucca is about 10 miles away and you definitely need a car. Lovely town to visit and the bikes we fun to ride in the park. I invited guests I knew from home to come for a week or so and they also enjoyed it. The Farm House was very clean and nicely decorated. Very nice things to make us feel at home such as nice china , table cloths , napkins etc.( Very important to me.) I loved the grocery store ,it was so much fun. I would highly recommend this wonderful farmhouse to you for a real Italian vacation.
