Country villa in Garfagnana with private pool (7sleeps)

This villa is located in northern Tuscany, in a very quiet and private place, in the open country but, at the same time, not far from the main town of Castelnuovo di Garfagnana. It has a beautiful view on the Apuan Alps and a private 12x6 mt pool with water fall and stone solarium with several sun beds. Free and unlimited WiFi internet access is available in the villa and in the gardens. Smart TV with sat decoder, media server, new bluetooth speaker (Bose Soundlink) and traditional Hi-Fi set are available too. Gourmets can find a well equipped kitchen, a wood oven for pizzas (in addition to the electric and microwave oven), a stone bbq, 2 outdoor dining places, wine and olive oil selection, cooks for "slow food" dinners (on request) and cooking classes (on request). In the gardens there are: a table tennis, a table football, swings for children. For sporty guests there is the opportunity to rent electric mountain bikes (with or without local guide), to do some sport / outdoors activities such as "angel flight" on Vagli lake, trekking with local guide, canyoning, visiting local adventure parks, paragliding in the Serchio river valley (as passenger) etc ....
The villa is composed as follows:
On the ground floor of the villa, there's a big room which has the function of kitchen, living and dining room. The kitchen has a cooking corner, an electric and microwave oven, a freezer and a dish washer. In the living room there's a TV with SAT equipment (with USB ports to connect your mobile hard disk or pendrive), a DVD / CD player, a bluetooth sound speaker (Bose soundlink) to listen to your favorite music and a powerful hi-fi . Near this big room there's a bathroom and a little lumber-room. Upstairs, you find 3 bedrooms (2 big and 1 little) which can host 7 persons There’s a big bathroom too. From 2 bedrooms you have access to the big balcony with a nice panorama on the Apuan Alps. Outside, under the balcony structure, there's a wood oven for pizzas and a long laundry / storage room.
The villa has radiator central gas heating (not included in the rental price).
Wood for fireplace, bbq and pizza oven is provided for free.
During the period of high season (July and August), the price includes a small dependence (with bedroom and bathroom) by the villa accommodating 2 people more.
