About this house rental
Beautiful architect-designed house of 235 m2, combining the cachet of the Old and Modern comfort, with lots of character on more than 5,000 m2 of land, able to accommodate 2 families (4 adults, up to 6 children).
In the countryside between the pretty villages of Eguilles and Ventabren. Ideally located, 10 minutes from Aix en Provence and its famous lyric festival, 20 minutes from Aix TGV, and 30 minutes from Marseille airport, at the gates of the Luberon, and the Blue Coast ... A quiet place, ideal for rest as at festive evenings to make the most of the holidays. It is a house inhabited by our family all year round, so it remains comfortable and warm in our absence.
Inside, large living room of over 100m² pleasant separated by half a level. Fitted kitchen with central island and table. Upstairs, a mezzanine suitable for a nap, a hall that acts as a TV room for the youngest. You will find 2 adult bedrooms including 1 parental suite with private bathroom, 2 children's bedrooms with 1 other bathroom. Cool in summer but also fully air conditioned to ward off the heatwaves.
Speaking of heat waves, outside, Pool House, Swimming pool (13mX4.5m) with Californian beach, very pleasant for children and adults, fully secure. 3 spacious terraces with different orientations allowing you to enjoy or protect yourself from the sun.
Trampoline, rustic swing, barbecue, ping-pong table, and enough to discharge children's batteries…
