This 2nd floor unit has an open floor plan with high ceilings. 400 Ocean #1200 features a large living area and state of the art kitchen. A lovely banquette provides the seating in the dining area. Both the king bedroom and the queen bedroom have en-suites and balconies that extend the length of each room. The complex is gated with reserved parking and a seasonal community pool and grill area. (Pools normally open mid-April until Labor Day - subject to change).
Walk to the St. Simons Lighthouse, restaurants, shops and the Pier and enjoy the quaint Village of St Simons Island during your visit. If you have a dog, you are welcome to bring him with you as the condo is pet friendly. (Two dogs, max)

• Dogs are allowed with a non-refundable pet fee of $100/pet (Two pup limit)

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
