Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $30/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!
Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons). Spring break groups and events such as weddings, receptions, etc. are not permitted.
Dogs are allowed with a $150 fee per dog (2 dogs maximum) *yard is not completely fenced

With two full bathrooms, everyone will have ample space to unwind after a day of exploring.
The Coastal Village Retreat is designed for both comfort and entertainment. Enjoy the serene garden view from the private yard, where you can gather around the fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars. The outdoor space also includes a patio with seating, perfect for morning coffee or evening barbecues.
Inside, the home features a spacious living area equipped with a smart TV for your entertainment needs. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with modern appliances, a dining area, and all the essentials, including a coffee maker, microwave, and dishwasher. Whether you're preparing a family meal or a quick snack, you'll find everything you need at your fingertips.

We were in for a golf tournament. This house was a very convenient location for early morning tee times. House was very nice and clean. We will be back!

Lilmar manages the property so well, check-in/out was a breeze, great communication, very responsive, and the location is superb - 5mins drive/walk to everything. The house amenities are in great condition, nicely decorated throughout, great linens and toiletries.The house is truly dog friendly, waterproofed flooring throughout, dog bowls, fenced yard. Our two dogs had a blast!Thank you so much for offering such great property, we had a wonderful experience.

We cam to visit our Son's family and new Grandbaby. The house was a great meeting place. Rubbs, our dog loved the nice yard and pack patio area. We would stay aging if available during our next trip.
