A modern craftsman-style home nestled under a beautiful canopy of large oaks welcomes you and your family. The front entrance offers a drive-through driveway that makes entry and exit with larger vehicles a breeze. And if you’re a larger party, ample parking is provided.
Enjoy coastal living in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Sip your morning coffee on a front veranda, seated in a comfortable rocking chair. Be prepared for many “good morning” greetings from neighbors out for their morning stroll.
Find your inner gourmet chef in the completely custom kitchen that’s stocked with all the kitchen equipment you’ll need to cook your favorite meal. Or if you’re a grill master, head out back and fire up outdoor charcoal grill. Serve guests in the comfortable dining room that seats six or gather yourselves around the kitchen island that seats three.
During your afternoons, relax in a back-deck rocking chair with your favorite drink, enjoying the sunset under the shade of large Southern Oaks. The professionally-landscaped, fenced and private backyard comes complete with plenty of outdoor yard games and room for your pet to run.
Top the evening off seated by the outdoor fire pit, popping corn or making delicious smores with the kids. Or on chillier nights, cuddle up with a good book in front of the gas fireplace on the screened back porch. But don’t miss a chance to slip into the hot tub and outdoor shower through the direct access from the master bathroom. The master bedroom also directly opens onto the back deck for easy access.
You’ll find this cottage private, and very relaxing. But only a short five-minute drive or ten-minute walk whisks you away to multiple beaches, parks and our local social hub. Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village is a popular destination for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Stroll through the Village and find that it offers the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its oceanside pool and facilities, a bustling children’s playground, a miniature golf course, and an oak-shaded picnic area. Stop and watch the locals or try your hand at public fishing on the pier. And if you’re looking for some thrilling exercise activities, just a block away you can enjoy tennis, basketball or even a pick-up game of pickleball with a great group of people who love to invite out-of-town guests to come and play. The home was beautiful and laid out conveniently for our group. The host was responsive to our questions and so hospitable. We could walk downtown for dinner and everything else we needed was a short (5 minute) drive. A wonderful home and a wonderful stay!

What a piece of paradise! The home is beautiful! The grounds are amazing! Everything and anything extra was there! The owner's were very accessible! We had such a great time staying at this place! Close to everything!!
