Enjoy fresh beachy air, beautiful scenery and sounds of the birds singing while sipping your morning coffee on either of the wide screen porches. Although you might not plan to spend much time inside with all the beauty that St. Simons offers; if you do you will not be disappointed! This charming cottage was been completely renovated. Options for entertaining at this home are endless, with a dining table built for 14.
The lower level offers a spacious kitchen, dining and living area in addition to 3 bedrooms that will share a bathroom.
On the second level you wind find a bonus space with additional sleeping area with 3 twin beds plus trundles and a full bathroom with walk-in shower.
Fabulous new outdoor area with fire pit makes the cooler evenings even more enjoyable.
Pets are welcome with a $150 non refundable pet fee.

I think the title says it all! Great location and enjoy the property improvements that the owners have made. had an issue with the on-demand hot water heater and contacted the property manager. They sent someone out so quickly, they arrived before I could call back and say I could the issue - a breaker switch had popped. Point being - very responsive!

This house is located on a beautiful street. It is walking distance to great restaurants, shops and the beach. We would stay here again.

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. The house is a nice blend of updates and old-house character. The porches were very nice as well, and the location was hard to beat.
