This St. Simons Island vacation rental in the King & Prince beach area sleeps 10 and sits just 0.2 miles from 5th Street Beach Access.

The location can't be beat, but the layout is why you pick this house over the neighbors.

Four bedrooms. Three and a half bathrooms. And three of those bedrooms have their own ensuite baths. A little extra privacy goes a long way.

On the main floor, you’ll find a true primary suite with a king bed and private bath. There’s also a queen bedroom on the main level, ideal for grandparents or anyone who prefers no stairs.

Upstairs, the house shifts into full family mode.

One bedroom features a king bed plus two twins and its own ensuite bathroom, the room cousins will claim immediately. Another bedroom offers two double beds with a private bath attached. Everyone gets space. Everyone gets a door they can close.

The living room centers around a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace with tall ceilings and hardwood floors that run throughout the home. The kitchen stays connected with bar seating, open sightlines, and a built-in cabinet with wine storage. There’s even a small desk nook for the last email you promised you’d send before turning on your out-of-office reply.
