Detached house on the first floor located in the park of Montemarcello inside the garden of a nautical storage of the Magra river. The house consists of three bedrooms, two of which are double and one single, large living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower, large panoramic terrace overlooking the river and garden. The location is a 10-minute walk from the beaches and the center of Fiumaretta, it also offers an incredible view over the whole mouth of the river and the village of Bocca di Magra.
The house is also very convenient for excursions to the Cinque Terre and is located just 20 minutes by car from Versilia.
In winter it is only 5 minutes by car from the Carrara fairgrounds.
