Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet mit voller Küchenausstattung und hat sogar eine sehr gut sortierte Bücherauswahl im Angebot. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel waren in kürzester Distanz erreichbar und es waren nur 4-5 Stationen ins Zentrum von Graz. Dennoch ist die Wohnung direkt an einem Park gelegen, sehr ruhig und auch die kleine Terrasse war sehr angenehm, da sie nachmittags im Schatten gelegen ist und so trotz heißer Tage ein wenig für Abkühlung gesorgt hat. Ein Einkaufszentrum ist auch nur in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Gastgeberin hat sich bereits im Vorfeld proaktiv gemeldet, hat insgesamt sehr unkompliziert und schnell auf Anfragen geantwortet und hat sich auch bei einem sehr angenehmen Telefongespräch von sich aus nach Verbesserungsvorschlägen erkundigt und diese auch dankend angenommen.

Ein paar kleinere Reparaturen wären fällig, wird aber laut dem Gespräch mit der Gastgeberin umgehend auch angegangen.

Nähe Murtalradweg R2, Augarten; Geschäfte & City Park fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr ruhige Wohngegend! Gute Einrichtung; Kaffeekapseln, Waschmaschinen- & Geschirrspültabs vorhanden.

Nice stylish appartement with a lovely garden. Nice and private.

The bed is was quite small for 2 people. And in summer it gets pretty hot in the appartement.

Internally the apartment is lovely and it would be a great home. It does not feel like tourist accommodation and this was nice. It is spacious and was warm and comfortable. I am sure the area is OK once you are familiar with it. There is outside space which can be nice in warmer weather.

The location is an inner city residential area. There were no amenities for tourists. No convenient shop or place to eat. We felt uncertain about security at night and did not go out. We arrived quite late and it was a distance from the train station. We ended up on a big busy road and had a fair walk followed by no food or drinks. A bad start. There is additional cash cleaning and tax costs of 40£ and this made it a lot more expensive than it appeared and than more central places.
