We loved the city of Menton and would return in a heartbeat…and choose to stay in the same apartment

Thé location was excellent, near shops, restaurants and the beach. The apartment was simple but very pleasant. Windows looked out to the street, but there wasn’t a problem with noise… in April. Facilities , for bathroom and kitchen, were appropriate.

The parking garage recommended was nearby, but we found street parking that was much more accessible and practical… maybe because we were visiting outside the high season.

Excellent and very comfortable, ideal location.

By far the best location in Menton - walkable to Old Town, very walkable to the beach and promenade, a quiet and very nice neighborhood, adjacent to shuttle bus stops, shops, cafes, groceries and walkable to train station.

Everything was perfect! For longer stays like ours, I would recommend offering a cleaning service mid-stay as an option.

Nice and spacious apartment, all furniture is new and clean. Centric location and garage just right to the entrance door.

There are few things what would make our stay even better: at least one more full height mirror in the apartment, a couple of new pillows for the bed.

Perfect stay!

The apartment was perfect, clean and everything you needed was present. Enough space for our little family, close to beach and city centre, and we rented the garage for 10e per night. The host was super friendly and fast. Thank you.

Sur l'annonce il est indiqué qu'il y a un emplacement parking mais sur placé il fallait le réserver et c'est payant : 10€ la journée. Il faut bien se renseigner avant concernant cela. Sans réservation préalable du box, pas de parking. L'annonce devrait être plus explicite !

Kleine hübsche Wohnung

Die Lage ist ideal. Meer und Altstadt sind bequem gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Schöne kleine Wohnung mit blühenden Oleanderbäumen vor dem Fenster.

Die Stufe im Badezimmer war nachts im Halbdunkel kaum zu erkennen. Die Vermieterin habe ich nie gesehen. Die Instruktionen habe ich per Video erhalten.

Niet zoals op de advertentie

De lokatie, mogelijkheid om garage te huren tegen een betaling en de vriendelijke benadering van Orlane

Bij aankomst merkten we dat de vloer slordig was schoongemaakt. Daarnaast staat er vermeld dat het om een 4-sterrenappartement gaat, maar in werkelijkheid komt het eerder overeen met een 3-sterrenverblijf. Het meubilair is goedkoop en van slechte kwaliteit. De airco ging tijdens ons verblijf kapot en de wasmachine bleek al kapot te zijn. Tijdens een vakantie wil ik me niet bezig hoeven houden met mankementen aan het appartement en het constant heen en weer moeten berichten met de host. Het appartement zou gewoon in orde moeten zijn, zoals vermeld stond op de booking, en vooraf goed gecontroleerd moeten worden. Gezien de staat van het appartement en de technische mankementen, vinden wij dat de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding niet passend is. De reparatie kon pas na ons vertrek plaats vinden omdat deze op korte termijn was. Achteraf gezien was dat beter, want wij zijn gekomen om vakantie te vieren en niet om ons bezig te houden met reparaties of technische problemen van appartement. Wij komen van ver om te ontspannen, en dan mag je verwachten dat een appartement wordt opgeleverd met goed werkende apparatuur en in nette staat zoals op de advertentie vermeld staat. Wel waarderen we het gebaar dat er een vergoeding is gegeven voor één nacht, naar aanleiding van de genoemde problemen.

Schönes Apartment an top Lage

sehr gute Lage, nur wenige Minuten vom Strand und vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Unser Auto haben wir beim Bahnhof parkiert (ca. 5-10 Min zu Fuss). Das Apartment ist grosszügig geschnitten, man hat viel Platz und alles notwendige war vorhanden. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin.

Die Zimmer sind leider sehr hellhörig – man hört die Nachbarn deutlich, selbst bei normaler Gesprächslautstärke, was insbesondere nachts störend war. Das Apartment befindet sich im ersten Stock, jedoch ohne Aufzug, was den Zugang mit Kinderwagen etwas umständlich gemacht hat. Ausserdem war das Schlafsofa sehr hart und quietschte bei jeder Bewegung, was den Schlafkomfort beeinträchtigt hat.

Tolle Lage, modernes Appartement

Top Lage, gut organisiert, freundliche Vermieterin, reagiert sehr schnell per WhatsApp. Schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Wunderschöne Stadt. Tolle Gastronomie. Wunderschöne Strände. Ein perfekter Urlaub.

Sauberkeit des Appartement. Sollte dringend grundgereinigt werden. Wenn das passieren würde, dann wäre alles top und das Geld wert. Im Bad gibt es ein Problem mit extremen Kondenswasser an der Decke - vermutlich durch Klimaanlage. Das riecht auch modrig.

Speravo meglio

L'appartamento era carino con una grandissima camera da letto ma molto minimal, un armadio più grande sarebbe stato gradito ma accettabile per pochi giorni. Anche un tv in camera avrebbe fatto piacere ma anche questo non era necessario dato che c'era in soggiorno. Bagno veramente piccolo peccato, e il bidet che questi stranieri non usano per noi italiani è veramente un punto interrogativo. Purtroppo la pulizia da rivedere soprattutto il necessario per cucinare. Abbiamo trovato dei piatti con del cibo attaccato indurito. Pessima esperienza da questo punto di vista. Ci siamo ovviamente rilevati tutto cosa che generalmente facciamo ma vedere quella roba è stato disgustevole.

Come ho detto la pulizia soprattutto del necessario per la cucina. Sporchi

L'emplacement est idéal; l'hôte est accomodante et flexible; l'appartement est très fonctionnel. On reviendra sans doute si nous séjournons à nouveau à Menton

Logt très bien situé, calme , à proximité de tout. Proche mer, commerces, centre, rues piétonnes etc….Formidable! Literie au top 👌

Pas de box, pas de wifi ds le sejour, faible dans la chambre Cuisine petite, équipement insuffisant ( manque de tasses, pas assez de torchons , linge toilette un peu insuffisant)

Bien mais un peu cher et peu mieux faire.

Emplacement, confort du lit et équipement cuisine (ADA nous a prêté très gentiment une cafetière italienne).

Il faisait un peu froid à notre arrivée mais j'ai compris le lendemain qu'il fallait mettre le ventilateur en marche pour que ça chauffe vraiment (régler la température plus haut ne suffisait pas). Les WC et la douche sont surélevés d'environ 10cm contrairement à l'entrée de la salle de bain , ce qui fait que ma femme a failli tomber en allant au WC au moins 5 fois avant de s'y faire... La description (faites par booking ) est ambiguë voire trompeuse, car non seulement le parking est payant mais en plus il n'y a qu'une place dans un garage pour 4 appartements en location, donc peu de chance de l'avoir (nous l'avons appris à nos dépends). Le prix nous a paru très élevé 147euros/nuit même pendant le carnaval. En comparaison, à Nice nous avions eu beaucoup mieux pour 100euros/nuit pendant le carnaval avec un parking sécurisé pour notre voiture à 10euros/24h en plus.
