The apartment was very good and Menton is a great place to visit and stay in while at the Riviera.

A very good stay

An old style apartment with a modern touch in a central area close to the beach. Beautiful gardens, a terrace, good cooking facilities, The area must be one of the best areas in Menton.

It was a very relaxing and comfortable stay.

The apartment was clean, spacious and met all our expectations. Very attractive well kept garden, excellent location and very convenient for public transport.

We were very happy and don't have any complaints.

Bright with two large balcony windows in great location with garden and quiet at night.

The location was right in the heart of the Citroen Festival but the apartment was quiet every night. There is a lovely garden in front, a buffer of sorts between you and the city streets. Close by is the beach, stores and restaurants. But the best thing were the two large, high windows that open on to the garden letting sunshine in and with a wonderful view. We had a great washer, toaster, microwave, everything needed for a comfortable stay. Many locals live there and it was nice seeing and talking with them. Most spoke French. Also an elevator was great to have.

I was not good at the code to get in but got it after some tries. Not anything else. We knew we booked a studio and kept the couch as a bed the whole time but the space and windows made it ok. Our taxi driver was a bit lost. It is Rue not Avenue.

Comfottable studio in fabulous building

The Orient Palace is a glorious 19th century builing, formerly a hotel but now apartments. It is close to everything and very peaceful.

No aircon. Could get very hot in mid summer.

We had a great time at the L'Orient and would go back there again

The location is excellent, calm due to the beautiful garden in front of the building and central to train station or old town and beach. The shops are easy to reach as well. Orlane gave good and clear instructions about practicalities. The flat was welcoming, bright and heated! when we arrived.. This is a real bonus on colder April days.. The flat is bright and sunny and you can use the terrace (don't leave unsupervised breakfast there, the seagulls will get it). The rooms are very clean, the bed good (being a normal double it is good to have a memory mattress for calmer sleep), nice bedding and clean towels, just like in a lovely hotel. We enjoyed it all very much

Not so comfortable apartment compared to the high price. Rest room in the bedroom, all guest have to pass through the room to get there.

Beautiful, but...

The location is excellent. The view from the 4th floor is amazing. It is pretty quiet. The building is by itself a tourist attraction.

The cleanliness was bad. We told the details to the owner, we are sure, she will improve on this in the future. The cleaning fee was refunded. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable.

Fantastic place to stay in a lovely town

Fantastic apartment, so much space and the balcony is lovely. Secure parking, close to the beach and old areas of town, supermarket and other shops close by

Kitchen could do with an upgrade, the cleaning costs do not match the cleanliness of the apartment (large cobwebs in corners, etc), some broken utensils that were replaced once we alerted the hosts (again, not checked prior)

Wel genoten van het verblijf, maar aantal zaken niet op orde

De plek in Menton, mooi terras.

1)De garage, door Orlane aangeboden voor 140€, bleek ook te worden gebruikt voor afval van 4 boven de garage liggende appartementen, bewoners liepen dus in en uit ONZE garage, deur stond wel eens open! Wij kregen verwijt dat wij onze dure ebikes in de garage hadden staan….wij hadden dit moeten melden…volgens Orlane! Onzin natuurlijk, wij hadden de garage gehuurd en niemand anders! 2)Badkamer wel erg simpel , douchen achter een gordijntje is niet meer van deze tijd! Geen handdoekhaken in de badkamer en keuken! Van diverse apparaten was geen beschrijving aanwezig

Pas de Clim. On a du demander un 2ème ventilateur car nous étions 3 (chambre + salon).

Fantastisk beliggenhet i en fantastisk hage med en flott terrasse.

Leiligheten var praktisk og bygningen og parken var fantastisk. Vi likte spesielt godt at leiligheten hadde egen terrasse. Rolig og sentralt, nærme stranden og gamlebyen.

Det var lite vi mislikte, men dessverre er ikke fasaden (skoddene foran dørene) vedlikeholdt like godt som resten av det flotte bygget.

Soddisfatto del luogo e della sistemazione

Posizione perfetta e molto tranquilla. Orlane molto precisa in tutte le indicazioni fornite. Appartamento perfetto per una vacanza in due persone.

Sistemerei gli arredamenti e migliorerei la condizione del bagno: almeno un box doccia rigido (anche in plastica) al posto una tenda molto rudimentale.

De bedden zijn nogal Klein maar gelukkig was er nog een slaapbank.
