Lovely place to stay, would book again!

Lovely place perfect base for a long weekend visiting family. Had everything I needed for my stay, good size, very clean warm and comfortable. Very quiet location close to the train station and walking distance to town. Lorraine the host is lovely and I would recommend her place to others.

Great host with a superb standard throughout.

Greeting from host friendly and helpful. The standard of the Annex to a high spec,great quality towels,bedding. Hygiene throughout exceptional. Toiletries and welcome food items.

Small points which would not put me off rebooking; Smart tv and lighting in kitchen/dinning area just needs a lower level on dimming switch: Location from high st,gallops.

Perfect Stay

The location and facilities were perfect for us visiting Newmarket for a day at the races. The host provided milk, chocolates and breakfast cereal. which was a nice touch and not expected. The annexe was clean and well equipped. I would definitely 100% recommend.this as a place to stay. The town centre is within walking distance or is a short ride in a taxi/car which is ideal. The place also has an outside area with a bistro set which was ideal in this sunny weather we are currently experiencing.

There us nothing to dislike. Thumbs 👍 up from us.

Spotless, quiet and good value.

Clean, stylish, good quality toiletries and linens. Quiet, private with lots of lovely little extras. Warm welcome from host who provided requested extras (fan, iron). Off road parking and private outdoor sitting area.

the hosts were exceptional and I was welcomed with a warm and sincere greeting . little things when you get in the property show the owners have thought about the guests first .the property is exceptionally clean tidy and very beautifully decorated and furnished to a high standard ,the bed was comfortable and due to the quiet location I had a lovely stay which I would recommend to anyone

Racing break.

It was a lovely location. Very quiet and peaceful and a very helpful host. Milk,tea,coffee etc all there for us and a little bowl of chocolates which was a lovely touch. Would definitely go back again
