About this villa rental
This VILLA; casa Gio-Indra, in typical Spanish style is decorated to a very high standard which consists of;
Lower floor; a salon with 3 relaxing seats; 1 x 3 seater, 1x 2 seater and 1x 1 seated banquet, TV.
A kitchen fully equipped with a large fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, juicer etc ...
And a small bathroom (shower, sink, toilet).
Upper floor; A large bathroom (corner bath, toilet, washbasin, hair dryer, bath towels), 1 bedroom with 2persbed and spacious closet + 1 bedroom with 2 beds, spacious closet and an extra room with a fold-out seat with 1 or 2 extra beds.
The villa is equipped with an alarm system as well as air conditioning / heating in the living room and bedrooms. The villa offers free WiFi and IPTV TV channels.
Terrace; beautiful illuminated swimming pool 8x4, an outdoor shower, sun terrace with several sun loungers a hammock-lounger and a cozy lounge, a further (possibly covered) place with a dining table and 6 chairs and barbecue.
Also a small terrace at the front door with table and chairs.
Garage; washing machine, drying rack also a drying cabinet, beach chairs, beach towels.
There are also 4 bicycles available.
The villa is suitable for 4 to 6 people.
120€ Cleaning after your stay is paid for upon arrival.
Monte Azul can be found on the edge of the typical Spanish village of Benijofar and Quesada with its traditional village square, shops, bars and restaurants.
Monte Azul is close to the salt lake and the protected nature park.
The villa is within walking distance of a large supermarket and a few bars.
Only 10 min drive to the beaches of Guardamar and Torrevieja and close to several major shopping centers, restaurants, golf courses and aquapark.
Our villa is easily accessible from the airport of Murcia as well as Alicante (both airports approximately 30-40 minutes drive).

Our 4-night stay at this house was absolutely fantastic! The property exceeded all expectations – it was beautifully maintained, incredibly well-equipped, and the private swimming pool was an absolute highlight. We spent hours relaxing by the water, and it truly made our holiday special. What truly set this experience apart, though, were the hosts, Peter and Hilde . Their hospitality was outstanding! From the warm welcome to their constant availability, they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Whether it was a quick question or a small request, they were there with a smile, making us feel genuinely cared for. The house itself had all the amenities we could ask for – a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and clean, modern spaces. It’s clear the owners take pride in their property. For a short getaway or a longer vacation, this is the perfect spot. We left feeling refreshed and already planning our next visit. Thank you, Peter and Hilde, for making our holiday unforgettable! Highly recommended!

Location perfect for us as just across the road from my father’s house. Short walk across track to supermarket. Pool clean and larger than expected. Outdoor space perfect, my youngest enjoyed playing darts everyday.

The Villa was all we. Could have asked for and we all had a fabulous week lazing around the pool. The local shops and amenities are a short drive away and the town has all you could ask for in respect cafes, and restaurant's.

La estancia cumplía lo que buscábamos: zona tranquila, amplia zona exterior, cómoda y privada, piscina de buen tamaño.
Disfrutamos de los 9 días de estancia aunque hay algunos aspectos que, como sugerencia, podrían mejorarse:
- Algunos elementos exteriores deberían renovarse, como por ejemplo las fundas de las hamacas
- Dejar paquetes abiertos de alimentos de anteriores inquilinos no genera buena impresión.
Como información adicional de interés para futuros inquilinos:
- La barbacoa es de gas (no de carbón o leña)
- El aire acondicionado tiene un uso limitado a una cuantía. Se puede ampliar con un pago extra.
- El garaje no es apto para dejar el coche aunque no hay problema de aparcamiento en la calle.
