The accommodation has privacy, a closed garage and off road parking on the driveway, as well as 24 hours emergency service via an Alarm System connected to the police.
There is a local bar restaurant just 100 metres away and the busy yown of Ciudad Quesada on your doorstep. With many top class golf courses in easy reach and the beautiful sandy beaches of Guardamar just a 10 minute drive, this is a fabulous choice for the family vacation.

ABOUT BENIJOFAR
Benijofar is located inland on the Southern Costa Blanca, close to the tourist resorts of Guardamar del Segura and Torrevieja. The small town of Benijofar is popular with expats and is also close to the expat towns of Formentera del Segura, Ciudad Quesada, Algorfa, Rojales, Almoradi, San Fulgencio and Heredera.
Benijofar is also a popular place to stay for the summer holidays as it is close enough to the coastal resorts yet quiet enough to be able to get away from it all. There are several golf courses close by as well as water parks in nearby Rojales and Torrevieja.
The Plaza Constitucion is the place to go for the evening and spend time visiting the bars and pubs and enjoying some of the nightlife that Benijofar has to offer. Temptations is the pLace to be on a Saturday night where you can enjoy the disco and karaoke party including a half priced happy hour.
Benijofar is also good to enjoy a walking holiday as there are some fabulous trails along the banks of the Segura River as well as taking a drive to the town of Rojales and then taking a walk to the village of Formentera.
LOCAL TRANSPORT
Benijofar has two airports less than an hour away by car which are Alicante Airport, the busiest hub to the north and Murcia Airport to the south. Getting to Benijofar is straightforward, please enquire about our airport transfers to and from Benijofar for competitive prices for you.
There are bus routes and taxis available on the main street in Ciudad Quesada. From Rojales you can get directly to Torrevieja, Guardamar, Alicante, Orihuela, Benejuzar, La Mata, La Marina, the Hospital, etc.

The nearest and best beaches to Benijofar are about fifteen minutes away by car and are some of the best beaches on the Southern Costa Blanca, at Guardamar del Segura and Torrevieja. If you are happy to pick up and drop your keys from a security box - then this property is ideal.
Vehicle is required but shops and beaches are only a short drive away.
Property is clean and ideal for family holidays.
Only negatives: shower at the pool needs improving and no dishwasher.

Nice rental villa - very clean and what you would expect from a rental
The mattress in main room was fine but the other rooms have seen better days and you could feel springs and headboards not secure.
Property could do with a few more towels and tea towels
I saw the previous review about road noise and to be honest I didn’t notice
We had an issue with the tv but within 20mins of sending the email to management company it was responded to which was excellent

Great villa. Pool and poolside best we have had. Non slip and wind protected. (Mostly). Occasionally road noise can be a nuisance but after a few days even that blends into the background. Well laid out and all amenities required for the stay are available. Even pool inflatables if required. Will definitely re book
