Upper floor; A large bathroom (corner bath, toilet, washbasin, hair dryer, bath towels), 1 bedroom with 2persbed and spacious closet + 1 bedroom with 2 beds, spacious closet and an extra room with a fold-out seat with 1 or 2 extra beds.

The villa is equipped with an alarm system as well as air conditioning / heating in the living room and bedrooms. The villa offers free WiFi and IPTV TV channels.

Terrace; beautiful illuminated swimming pool 8x4, an outdoor shower, sun terrace with several sun loungers a hammock-lounger and a cozy lounge, a further (possibly covered) place with a dining table and 6 chairs and barbecue.
Also a small terrace at the front door with table and chairs.

Garage; washing machine, drying rack also a drying cabinet, beach chairs, beach towels.
There are also 4 bicycles available.

The villa is suitable for 4 to 6 people.

Monte Azul is close to the salt lake and the protected nature park.
The villa is within walking distance of a large supermarket and a few bars.
Only 10 min drive to the beaches of Guardamar and Torrevieja and close to several major shopping centers, restaurants, golf courses and aquapark.

Our villa is easily accessible from the airport of Murcia as well as Alicante (both airports approximately 30-40 minutes drive).
