The Villa has a beautiful sun terrace that give you the ideal setting for alfresco dining or just relaxing with a nice cool drink.
The Villa also includes a designated BBQ area, a well maintained garden and drive for 2 vehicles.
Inside the furniture and decor is of a very high standard and equipped to an equally high level which includes WiFi, Sat TV and hot and cold air conditioning.
With the blue flag beaches of Guardamar just a 10 minute drive, and a great selection of Golf Courses around the area, this is a superb choice for the family vacation.
The property will be supplied with linen for each bed and 2 towels per guest.

Nice place, bright and clean with a good pool.

The rooms,air-con and tv coverage were good. However,the pool lacked a large number of tiles.There was some tiling missing from the steps.The gates to the garage were impossible to open and close,meaning the car had to be left on the road.The cushions for the outside seating were far too small.The rooftop area lacked an awning,which was present in the photos of the villa.Finally,for a well appointed villa,the hob had to be lit with matches,lacking spark ignition.I would like to commend Scott from CH Holidays,who was extremely attentive and helpful.
