FLH - Apartament Central Silva

Locatie buna pentru cei care dispun de autovehicul. Loc de parcare disponibil la locatie. Apartamentul este curat, orientat catre est, ceea ce ofera o temperatura placuta dupa amiaza in sezonul cald. Patul este confortabil. Bucataria este dotata ca in imagini. Sunt doua camere, un dormitor cu un pat foarte lat si o bucatarie-living open space plus baie. Materiale de curatenie si de igiena au existat. Balcon mare pe dormitor si living. Check-in si out foarte simple si la indemana oricum, fara interactiune cu vreo persoana.

Lipsa unor televizoare smart. Cele existente sunt doar televizoare normale si au o dimensiune foarte mica. In locul acelui ventilator era de preferat un aparat de aer conditionat - doar in bucataria open space. La baie, pentru dus era recomandata o perdea si facut un prag pentru ca apa din dus sa nu mai ajunga pe podeaua din baie. Butucul de la usa de la intrare functioneaza destul de greu.

Sauber, ruhige Lage, quasi central,eigene Parkplatz , Aufzug , schöner Balkon , gutes Bett , sehr effektiver Ventilator

Für die nächsten Sommer wäre eine Klimaanlage sehr hilfreich.

Located in a pretty decent area, stores nearby. You can reach the historic centre within half an hour by foot.

- The place is much smaller in reality than shown in photos, that happens almost everytime on these properties - We barely could sleep, the walls are so, so, so thin you can hear easily the neighbors and everything they do: walking, taking a shower, screaming, slamming their doors, everything. - The kitchen facilities were very poor and dirty. We tried to use the oven but it was extremely dirty, the microwave had food stains. - The bathroom is so small and the shower is a joke, you can barely fit in there. Shower doors are not closing well so the water just flows out in the bathroom. - The doors have seen better days, the one from the bedroom doesn’t close and open properly, you have to use force and the one from the bathroom looks really worn out and it has a punched hole on its interior.
