The location is right in the city centre and it's super clean, the communication was pretty straight forward, everything was neatly arranged in advance, the beds were comfy enough, the small kitchen is super handy and the room is large enough for a small family.
Depending on your arrival date and time, parking in the area can be quite challenging. Taking your luggage from the main gate to the room requires some effort, especially if you have large / heavy suitcases (there's no pavement to facilitate trolleys for instance). The bathroom space is a bit tight, definitely not optimized for a tall person (e.g.the mirror and the shower head holder are positioned really low). And the bed (not the sofa) makes quite some noise when you move (probably the bed frame could use some maintenance).
